Audits

+ What does an audit cost?

Scoped per engagement. We publish a fixed range after a 20-min discovery call. The audit fee can be applied toward an integration engagement if you hire us to build.

+ How long does an audit take?

Typical engagement: 2–4 weeks from kick-off to readout. Larger orgs or regulated industries can run 4–6 weeks.

+ What if I take the audit and walk away?

That's a feature, not a bug. The roadmap is yours. Execute it with us, with another vendor, or in-house. Most clients hire us to build at least the top items, but the audit alone is the deliverable.

Integrations

+ Do you only work on engagements that started with an audit?

Audit-led is our default because it's how integrations actually pay back. If you've already done the audit work or have a clear scope, we'll skip straight to delivery.

+ Do you use Make, n8n, Zapier, or roll your own?

All of the above. We pick per integration based on what your team can maintain, what your data sensitivity requires, and what the workflow shape demands.

+ What happens after deployment?

Every Kobol build comes with our standby fix-it-free promise: if something we shipped breaks because of how we built it, we fix it on our dime, for as long as the underlying tech holds. For ongoing optimisation and new work we move you to a retainer: dedicated hours, monthly reviews, and continuous improvement.
