Service description
Kobol Automations provides AI audit and integration services including but not limited to: operations audits, AI workflow automation, agentic AI and RAG systems, and AI-augmented development environments. The specific scope of services delivered to a client is governed by the engagement agreement signed by both parties.
Engagement terms
Engagements are scoped per agreement. Payment terms, deliverables, timelines, and scope changes are documented in the engagement agreement. Information shared during engagements is treated as confidential as set out in those agreements.
Intellectual property
Code, configurations, and deliverables produced for a client during an engagement are owned by the client per the engagement agreement, with usage rights granted to Kobol for portfolio reference unless otherwise agreed. Kobol retains ownership of pre-existing methodologies, frameworks, and tools brought into engagements.
Confidentiality
We treat client information shared during engagements as confidential. Specific NDA terms are documented per engagement.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kobol's liability under any engagement is limited to fees paid for that engagement. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of our services or the systems we deploy.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version is effective when posted to this page.
